LAS VEGAS – Dow Electronic Materials and Rogers Corp. are winners of the 2014 New Product Introduction Awards for PCB fabrication. The 7th annual NPI Awards recognizes leading new products during the past 12 months, and are sponsored by PCD&F.
Dow won the Plating category for its Microfill LVF 3 acid copper.
Rogers won the Specialty Substrate Materials category for the Coolspan thermally and electrically conductive adhesive.
The awards were presented during a ceremony today at IPC Apex Expo in Las Vegas.
"Innovation is the lifeblood of electronics manufacturing," said PCD&F editor in chief Mike Buetow. "And when it comes to innovation, Dow and Rogers have consistently been among the leaders in the printed circuit industry. We are thrilled to recognize their achievements today."
